Do I need to give AlreadySet access to my website code?

No. The AI installs a lightweight JavaScript snippet that loads the booking widget. It works on any website regardless of how it was built — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or fully custom HTML.

What happens if I already have a booking system?

AlreadySet can run alongside or replace your existing system. You can migrate existing appointments via CSV import. If you're on a platform like Fresha, Mindbody or Cliniko, contact us for a migration assist — it's free on Growth and Platform plans.

Can multiple staff members have separate calendars?

Yes. All plans support multi-staff scheduling. Each team member gets their own calendar, availability settings, and service list. Customers can choose who they want to book with, or you can let the system assign automatically.

Is this GDPR compliant?

Fully. AlreadySet is registered with the ICO, all data is stored in UK/EU data centres, and you are the data controller. We provide a ready-to-use privacy notice you can link to from your booking widget.
